Acceptable stay with some issues

The room size was smaller than expected (I was hoping for more space). The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. I reported this to the front desk, but the issue was not resolved , causing some inconvenience. I found the lack of attention disappointing. the staff didn't seem empowered to solve problems.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items, including cereals, a continental option, and a cooked English breakfast. Tea and coffee refills were readily available, and fresh fruit was also provided. The hotel has two 22kw EV chargers with ample parking (this made charging easy). The rooms were spacious and super clean. They had great decor.
The room was quite warm, and I couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking.
