I recently went for a spa day with my fiance and absolutely loved it! The massages we received from Suzie and Lauren were top-notch, leaving us both feeling relaxed and pampered. However, my previous stay was incredibly disappointing due to service issues and a lack of communication about the facilities. While the spa experience was exceptional, the overall hotel experience leaves much to be desired.
